- Severe hoarding conditions
- Active pest infestations
- Mold, asbestos, sewage, or hazardous materials
- Unsafe structural or electrical conditions
- Unsecured weapons or illegal substances
- Aggressive or unsecured animals
- Large-scale junk removal or specialty hauling
- Extremely heavy or oversized items requiring specialty movers
- Fire, flood, or major remediation projects
